No one has to spend the meeting uncomfortably stuck to their phone to hear what's going on. At present, this will automatically be enabled for your instant meetings. Web audio is compatible with the latest versions of Google Chrome, Firefox, and Opera.

Zoho Meeting and Zoho Assist are separate services now

Web meetings and remote support are separate entities now. You have to log in to https://meeting.zoho.com to start an online meeting and share your screen with your participants. To troubleshoot and assist your remote customers, log in to https://assist.zoho.com.

As a part of this, we have removed the remote support feature from Zoho Meeting desktop plugin for windows. You can download the Zoho Assist desktop plugin from https://assist.zoho.com/assist-setup and use it for your remote support and unattended sessions.

Enhanced calendar with RSVP

If you use a mail client that has mail-to-calendar integration (like Outlook, Zoho Mail, Gmail, or Yahoo Mail), your meetings will be automatically added to your schedule from the meeting invitation email. Your meeting participants can RSVP to your invitation, and you'll be notified that they're planning to attend. If you make updates to a meeting, they'll be reflected in your calendar too. So feel free to track your meetings from your calendar, knowing that you won't be missing any important information.

Meetings for Mac gets enhancements

The new Zoho Meeting is completely supported by Mac OS Sierra. The new multi-monitor support feature allows you to choose which monitor to share with your participants.
