Joining the Remote Assistance Session
Joining the remote assistance session is done by your client in order to share his/her desktop with you. After your client joins the session, a plugin will be installed and started. Now, a blue colour Presenter toolbar(Agent) appears at the right bottom corner of your client's PC. Your client can also see a system tray icon of Zoho Meeting after joining the session. When your client joins the session successfully, "Agent Started Successfully" message will be displayed and now your client's desktop will be shared to you. Joining the remote assistance session can be done in the following ways:
Joining the session using the Invitation mail link
When the session is started, an invitation email will be sent to your client's email ID given. A link to join the session will be received by your client in that invitation email. He / She can click on the link to join the session.

Joining the session using RunExe link
When the plugin is not installed or unable to join the session started, your client can use the RunExe link in that join session page to download and run the "ZohoMeetingSetup.exe" file. Your client can run the ZohoMeetingSetup.exe to join the session.

Joining the session from the Remote Assistance page
Your client can also join the session from the Remote Assistance page, after loggin in, using the unique session ID. He/She can enter the session ID in the field provided and click on the 'Join' button to join the session.

Joining the session from the Zoho Meeting home page
Joining the session can also be done by entering the session ID in the
"Meeting key/Session ID" box in the Zoho Meeting home page and click on the 'Go' button. Now your client will be redirected to the Join session page and agent will be started in his/her PC.

Joining the session from the desktop shortcut
Joining a session can also be done from the desktop shortcut. Enter the session ID in the "Meeting key" box and click on the 'Join' button to join the session.

After you start the session and your client join the session, you can view your client's desktop. Click on the remote control option provided in the viewer toolbar at the top of the viewer in your PC to control and assist your remote client.
