Joining a Meeting
Join a meeting and meet your remote Presenter online. You can join a meeting and view the Presenter's desktop using different ways:
You can join a meeting with any of the three different viewers namely, Activex viewer, Java viewer and Flash viewer. After you join a meeting, a plugin will be installed in your PC and a blue screen (Viewer) will be popped up.
How does a user select the appropriate viewer? What are the benefits or tradeoffs of each?
Hi,
Generally, for simply joining a Meeting session, Flash is the best, and easiest. However, for advanced controls (like Remote control, Presenter switching etc.), we recommend ActiveX/Java. This url does a good comparison/advantages of the viewers.

And a link to our LIVE Demo if you want users/participants to check ahead of the Meeting session.
