Joining a session
Invitation for a Remote Assistance Session
You can invite your client or customer for the remote assistance session you started by entering his/her email ID in the field provided while starting a remote assistance session. When you start the session, an invitation mail link will be sent to your client's email ID, using which he/she can join the session.
Entering the email ID of your client is optional. You can also provide your client with the unique session ID displayed in your web page, after starting the session. Using this session ID, your client can join the remote assistance session.
